Payment Options
Purchase on Invoice (for business customers only)
You will receive an invoice from us via email and can conveniently pay the invoice amount via bank transfer. When paying by invoice, we obtain a credit report from a service provider to assess our credit risk. You can avoid a credit check by choosing another payment method. If the credit check is sufficient for us, we will ship the goods immediately. You can conveniently pay the invoice after receipt with a payment term of 14 days. The option to pay by invoice will be confirmed or rejected by us within 24 hours of receiving the order.

Payment in Advance (Prepayment)
Please transfer the invoice amount (bank transfer or payment slip) indicating your order number to our bank account. You can find our bank details either on the invoice or in the order confirmation. After receiving your transfer, you will receive a payment confirmation from our accounting department via email. The goods will then be shipped according to the shipping information below. The payment term for payment in advance is 14 days.
Shipping
Shipping is done via email or by post (DHL package), provided it is a physical product. Shipping via email is free of charge for you.
Shipping method for the various payment methods:
Paypal: Orders placed before 5 PM will be shipped the same day.
Credit Card: Orders placed before 5 PM will be shipped the same day.
Sofortüberweisung: Orders placed before 5 PM will be shipped the same day.
Purchase on Invoice: Orders placed before 5 PM will be shipped the same day.
Prepayment: The order will be shipped only after payment has been received.
The shipping costs within Germany are 4.99 euros via DHL. Within the EU, the shipping costs are 9.99 euros. Delivery is made via DHL.
Orders and deliveries are generally only possible within Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Greece, Great Britain, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, the Czech Republic, and Hungary.
Delivery time (physical shipping):
within Germany: 1 - 2 working days
within Europe: 4 - 6 working days
In case of delivery delays, you will receive feedback via email within 24 hours. If an item is no longer available, we will offer you an equivalent alternative or refund your money.
Delivery Times
The delivery period begins with the payment by
-Prepayment on the day after the payment order is given to your bank
-for purchase on invoice on the day after the contract is concluded
-with Paypal immediately
-with Sofortüberweisung immediately
-with credit card immediately
The delivery period ends depending on the delivery status on the following day. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or a public holiday recognized by the state at the delivery location, the next working day will replace such a day.
If there are delivery delays, we will inform you immediately. In this case, you will receive an email from us or, if a phone number has been provided, a message about the current delivery status and a new delivery date.
Security through SSL Secure
Your orders and the associated personal data such as name, address, or credit card information are protected by modern security systems. The transmission of this data is encrypted and unreadable to outsiders using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) from VeriSign, a security standard supported by all common internet browsers. You can recognize the security status by the "s" at the end of the first part of the address ("https://" instead of "http://").
