Consumers have the option to use an online dispute resolution procedure in the event of a dispute on the EU portal "Your Europe" at (http://europa.eu/youreurope/citizens/index_de.htm) with the support of an accredited arbitration body.

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution in accordance with Art. 14 para. 1 ODR Regulation (ODR), which you can find at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/ .

The online dispute resolution procedure is not a mandatory requirement for bringing a case before the competent courts. It is rather an alternative way to resolve any disagreements within the framework of a contractual relationship.

We are not willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before an accredited consumer arbitration body.
