Order process

You place an order in our shop by following these steps.

1) You add the item to your cart without obligation by clicking the "add to cart" button.

2) You can view all items you have added to your cart via the "cart" button. Here you can also delete items or change the quantity.

3) If you wish to purchase the items in your cart, click on "checkout". You will then proceed to the ordering process.

4) First, enter your delivery and payment details in the ordering process.

5) Before you submit your order, you will receive an overview of all the details of your planned order (especially billing and delivery address, product, price, quantity, payment method) on the confirmation page. Here you will be asked to confirm the accuracy of your information. You can also correct or change your order details by clicking the corresponding buttons.

6) By clicking the "place order with payment obligation" button, you submit your order to us. This constitutes an offer to conclude a purchase contract with us.

You make a binding offer when you complete the online ordering process by entering the required information and clicking the "place order with payment obligation" button in the final step of the order.

After you have submitted your order, we will send you an email confirming the receipt of your order and listing its details (order confirmation).
